Our commitment with quality begins with the selection of the varieties of beans until a modern and efficient post harvest process. A rigorous control process guarantees the food safety and quality of the finished product, producing different coffees, with a consistent delivery of the product.
With the production of 100% Arabica coffee, the group SH Coffees works with post-harvest methods known as NATURAL and SEMI-WASHED.

Sustainable environmental practices are constantly implemented and evaluated, seeking to promote biodiversity in our field. Planting native trees, sewage treatment and the correct use of pesticides are some of the actions taken to preserve more than 350 hectares of green areas.
